Rich

Rich began his career by deeply listening to disenchanted teenagers with no interest in Jesus as a full-time Young Life leader. What Young Life taught Rich about ministry flowing through authentic caring relationships set his career trajectory. Ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) in 1980, he served several Presbyterian congregations as Senior Pastor over the past 40 years.  From 2010-2014, Rich and his wife served as missionaries at the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology in Addis Ababa, where he taught systematic theology across five diverse graduate degree programs and served as Academic Dean.

In 2021 Rich founded Leadership Coaching Network, a Christian organization dedicated to empowering African leaders as agents of transformation for people, organizations and society.  Rich’s fulltime coaching ministry now spreads his time across four African nations, walking alongside organizational leaders and teams to help them clarify their vision and achieve their goals. As in Young Life, the best gift he has to offer is a listening ear. Learn more at www.leadercoachingnet.com.
