Audrey
Audrey has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from King University and an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development with a concentration in school counseling (K-12) from Radford University in Virginia. She and her husband, Chase, lived in rural Kenya as TAP partners at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro for three and a half years. While in Kenya, they equipped pastors and church leaders through chronological Bible storytelling and sustainable development projects. She also supported TCKS and MKs by volunteering with AIM's Restore Retreat at Tumaini Counseling Center in Nairobi and Camp BlueSky during the summers. Audrey appreciates hearing the varied stories and paths of TCKS and MKs as they navigate life between cultures. She believes their experiences display God's beauty and connection in our world in new and beautiful ways.
Audrey also has a special interest in encouraging new moms and families during pregnancy and the labor and delivery process, since she navigated pregnancy across continents. She is an advocate for VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) delivery and loves encouraging moms in all things birth related. If she's not enjoying and wrangling her curious kids, Audrey enjoys warm beverages and meaningful conversation with friends and neighbors in Bristol, Tennessee.
