Diana
While working as a CPA, Diana traveled to South Sudan as a volunteer with an organization partnering with her home church. Working alongside this national partner, she was a part of planting churches, starting a school, and community development. Then in 2015 Diana left the accounting world to devote all her time to South Sudan, traveling there to train and equip leaders.
Diana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in counseling. She is both a CPA and Licensed Professional Counselor. In response to the civil war, which broke out in the new nation of South Sudan in 2013, Diana became a Master Facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute. As the need for this training increased, God led Diana to serve with SIL as part of their SIL International Global Trauma Healing Services team. In 2020 the increase in requests to collaborate with organizations globally and locally led Diana to leave SIL. As the pandemic raised the awareness of this need to bring healing to heart wounds (trauma), Diana begin to use her own journey of grief to bring Shalom to individuals, organizations, and churches. She is passionate about participating with God to undo all the evil that has been done in individuals lives and in family systems. Trauma Healing I Counseling
