Dong

Dong served in Nepal, China, and NE Asia between 2012 and 2019 in various roles – Development, Educator, and BAM with three different organizations. Most recently, he served as the HR Director for TAP from 2023 to 2024. He is a graduate of West Point and Dallas Theological Seminary. He brings experience from his days in the military, 25 years in Fortune 50 Corporate America, and in the field. He is married to Annie and has two sons – Christian and Grant.

Dong is trained in Transition Debriefing, Critical Incident Debriefing, and Conflict Resolution. He is currently serving on the board for YWAM Pneuma Springs, WA, and splits his time between Korea and the U.S. Having gone through personal challenging marriage difficulties, he is passionate about healthy marriage through faith, empathy, and communication while serving.
