Fred Foy

The Rev. Dr. Fred Foy Strang is a PC USA minister who has served in USA pastoral roles, university teaching, chaplaincy, and missionary service. Fred Foy is a PhD missiologist with specialization in African Christianity, Theological Education by Extension, Ethno-doxology, and Contextual Missiology. Fred Foy leads the Maasai Special Projects Fund (www.mspfonline.com) and produces a weekly podcast “Moment for Mission” (www.momentformission.com).

Along with his wife, Cecily, Fred Foy served 5 years as TAP Partners in East Africa. He volunteers with the TAP Member Care Team to offer pastoral care and prayer support, contextual ministry conversation, and missiological consultation. He is available for phone or video calls.
